"This is a corrected version of my earlier review. A review where I absentmindedly made an honest mistake by posting it on a LaundryMat/LaundryRoom website with the almost same name. My most sincere apologies to both the LaundryMat companies. I am so sorry for the inconveniences my mistake cost to them. We visited the LaundryRoom store in Pensacola after a very harrowing experience where our pet was attacked by an animal. Blood trails on our 15x17 Oriental carpet. It soaked through to our carpet pad. So, my wife and I took this very large cushion pad. We were so overwhelmed, clueless and helpless. What a Blessing to have come to the right place. We couldn't have asked for a nicer Owner, staff and shop. The Laundry Room. The owner was so very helpful as we didn’t know if it would be too large for the washer. He said no problem & helped us through the process of washing & drying the very large & heavy pad. He even came back to check on the drying, and personally changed the mode of drying and used his own money bc we made a mistake. After it was dry his two kind helpful obliging assistants folded it and even placed it in our car. We couldn't be more thankful. Very very clean & very modern facility with Speed Queen machines. Highly recommend The Laundry Room. Five stars. 🙂🙂"
